To our students, alumni, associates, and partners — we wish you a joyful and meaningful Pride Month.

This is a powerful time of year to stand in solidarity with the LGBTQI+ community, to celebrate diversity, and to renew our commitment to inclusion. It’s been 32 years since the decriminalisation of homosexuality in Ireland, and 10 years since the historic vote for marriage equality — milestones that reflect our nation’s progress toward greater justice and dignity for all.

As an institute, we honour and embrace the richness that diversity in sexuality, gender expression, and relationship status brings to our learning community and practice. We are also mindful of those within our Irish and global Gestalt community who are not free to live openly due to social, political, or cultural constraints.

While our visibility may seem like a small gesture, it is an important one. It signals our presence, our allyship, and our unwavering belief in the right of every person to live authentically and safely.
