Description of Work and Background:

Gosia Freese is a qualified, Gestalt Psychotherapist with a Higher Diploma (Level 9) in Gestalt Psychotherapy from the Gestalt Institute of Ireland. As an accredited member of IACP (Irish Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy), Gosia adheres to its Code of Ethics. She is committed to delivering high-quality work and attends supervision with a qualified external supervisor.
Gosia strongly believes in the principle of deep listening, being present, and helping clients heighten their awareness to fulfil their potential and find ways to have more satisfying relationships.
Gosia works with the whole person, focusing on how thoughts, feelings, and body sensations are connected.
Gosia sees evidence that healing and growth can happen in the here and now even if one has experienced a lot of hurt in the past.
