Description of Work and Background:

Claire graduated from I.G.C. in 2014 and has a private practice in Galway city.

She worked for 26 years as an Occupational Therapist and has a wide range of skills and experience working with individuals and groups. Claire works from a humanistic and integrative approach and incorporates the holistic stance to her work. She offers a safe and supportive environment and places emphasis on the client/therapist relationship where the person can explore issues that are affecting them in the ‘here and now’. This work allows the person to explore their potential and capacity and become aware of how they function in the world, leading to a deeper personal wholeness. She offers both short and long-term psychotherapy sessions based on the needs of clients.
