Description of Work and Background:

‘Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented and fabulous” Actually, who are you not to be’?

I have a profound interest and belief that you the client are doing your very best at all times (with your knowledge, awareness and experience). If you are willing I can endeavour to support you toward your light (your true self). Firstly to come into your light you have to really get to a felt sense of your darkness in the presence of a compassionate other. I am passionate about the healing that happens whilst staying in the ‘here and now’ moment in therapy. The key to any recovery or healing is the relationship that is built up between client and therapist. My own awareness of my inner critic and compassion toward myself models clients to practice this self- compassion and awareness for themselves.
