Description of Work and Background:

I am a Gestalt Psychotherapist having trained with the Irish Gestalt Centre, I am also an accredited Supervisor with IAHIP. I have worked in the therapeutic field for over 15 years, exploring and working through the lens of a holistic approach. I am passionate about the energetics of a body/mind/soul/environment system. I also worked in the field of Intellectual Disabilities for a number of years. The focus of my work with clients is to increase awareness and through this enable the person to recognise his/her choices in the given situations. I have a great passion for personal development and believe that we never stop learning.

I work within a holistic framework where all aspects of the human condition are engaged with therapeutically. While my approach is predominantly Gestalt, my work incorporates many other modalities. I place enormous value on the Therapeutic Relationship, that is the relationship that is co-created between the client and the therapist.

I provide a private, confidential counselling service to individuals and couples who are experiencing a wide spectrum of difficulties/challenges. I provide a safe, supportive, non-judgemental environment. I work privately from 'Solace', Clone West, Monamolin, Gorey, Co. Wexford (near Boolavogue).
