I specialise in adolescence and adult counselling and Psychotherapy and I am experienced in helping my clients with a wide range of emotional and behavioural issues and difficulties in a supportive and comfortable atmosphere. Client confidentiality, of course, is paramount. Some of the issues I have experience in working with are: Depression, Anxiety, Low self-esteem, Anger, Panic attacks, Childhood Trauma, Relationship difficulties, Bullying, Sexual identity issues, divorce, grief, Job loss/Retirement, Sexual abuse, Physical abuse/Trauma, PTSD,Abortion, Stress, Exam Stress, Suicide ideation, Self-harm, Understanding dreams.
